*Important Notice: Sperm Straw Deliveries During the Holiday Season

Due to the holiday season, the following companies are affected:

Can-Am: Last order date December 12, 2025, last delivery December 18, 2025

Canada Cryobank: Last order date December 15, 2025, last delivery December 17, 2025 (delivery possible during the holidays with additional fees – please contact the bank directly)

Deliveries will resume on January 5, 2026.

As this situation is beyond our control, we recommend that patients do not schedule their Day 1 for donor insemination treatments during this period and wait until the next Day 1.
